Digital Marketing Executive

Type: Full-time, Work From Office

What You’ll Do:

  • Create engaging graphics and creatives for digital campaigns.

  • Plan, execute, and optimize ad campaigns across Google Ads, Meta Ads, LinkedIn Ads, and Taboola Ads.

  • Work with the client's team to deliver high-performing campaigns.

  • Track and analyze campaign performance for improvements.

  • Generate and maintain performance reports for all campaigns with insights and action plans.

What We’re Looking For:

  • Strong skills in graphic design tools (Photoshop, Illustrator, Canva).

  • Minimum 1 year of hands-on experience with Google Ads, Meta Ads, LinkedIn Ads, and/or Taboola Ads.

  • Knowledge of analytics & reporting tools (Google Analytics, Ads Manager, Excel/Sheets).

  • Analytical mindset with attention to detail.

Business Development Manager

Type: Full-time, Work From Office

What You’ll Do:

  • Generate outbound leads through LinkedIn and professional networks.

  • Craft personalized pitches, proposals, and presentations.

  • Work with the marketing team on outreach strategies.

  • Achieve and exceed monthly/quarterly lead generation & appointment targets.

  • Track leads and maintain records in CRM.

What We’re Looking For:

  • Proven experience in LinkedIn outreach & B2B lead generation.

  • Excellent communication, presentation, and negotiation skills.

  • Ability to understand client needs and align them with agency solutions.

  • Self-motivated, target-driven, and resilient under pressure.
